Capsule is an awesome pharmacy. The keep in touch via txt every step of the way from receiving your order from the doctor, processing to delivery. They are like no other!

Literal actual life savers. I'm a disabled vet, and they've always been respectful and quick. When you call or text, a REAL HUMAN answers. They're all saints too. I'll be recommending capsule to everyone I bring it up with. 6/5 stars

They delivered medication I urgently needed same day on short notice to my work when I was unable to go by their South Blvd. location to pick it up. They didn't have to go out of their way for me but they did. That right there is truly fantastic service. They are super friendly and super helpful and are just a text message away when you need them. I don't feel like I'm just another customer with them, I feel like I'm family. They are by far and away the best pharmacy I have ever or will ever work with and I will never get my medications filled anywhere else. ❤️

This is definitely a next level pharmacy. Customer focused to the max!! Always a very easy process and delivery to your home. I have only used them for two months and I am in love! If you don't love your current pharmacy experience or are looking for a new one, please give Capsule a try!

I love you guys. They always take care of me and professional way. I love it because when I walk in, they know me by name that makes me feel very proud that they take pride in the customers and learn their name. They always on top of my meds in a very professional way thanks for everything you do for me and my health keep up the good work

After encountering a terrifying experience of receiving wrong medication from Walgreens, I switched to capsule and cannot express how amazing they are. Simply put, they put the customer first at all times. Insurance can be such a pain to deal with but they’ve stuck by my side the entire time and own the case from beginning to end. Everyone is awesome there, from customer service (not sure if I speak with someone local when I call/text) to their carriers. They always deliver with a smile on their face. Sick of the big pharmacies never having medication stock and telling you to wait a week for it like it’s not a big deal? Switch to Capsule. I assume that word will eventually catch on and South Blvd Capsule will inundated with new customers, but please never change. Y’all are disrupting this industry!

Had my first delivery from Capsule today. Excellent service, driver arrived a few minutes early and observed all Covid protocols. All prescriptions were transferred seamlessly from my previous pharmacy. No difference in price. Free delivery. No tips accepted. What could be better?? Even got a lovely bag with stickers and information about Capsule. Highly recommended!!!!

Capsule is not only convenient due to the delivery options and texting communications, but the pharmacists and customer service teams seem to genuinely care about their customers. They consistently go above and beyond to keep me informed, work with me during shortages, and make sure my doctors and I know if anything is needed to solve any issues that arise with insurance. I will never use a "traditional" pharmacy again.

Where has capsule been all my life? My medications are cheaper than a typical pharmacy, timely delivery and always available which is usually the issue. Their constant communication through the app is super helpful and their willingness to accommodate your needs in terms of delivery or pick up and other logistics is always above and beyond. Thank you capsule!
